That is, bite-size foods on toothpicks or on spoons. Unlike a general buffet style in which guests walk to tables where foods are prepared, service staffs bring foods to guests. Therefore, guests do not need to carry plates, knives, and forks with them. They can also avoid a trouble of used plates piling up.
